The ease of use for the program is great. It is very user friendly, which makes it easy for my staff to complete their training, especially if they are new or do not have much experience using computers. I also like that there are so many different modules available within the program. I can't really think of anything I dislike about this program. There are no downsides to this program. It has helped me improve the efficiency of our training department tremendously. We now train employees online instead of having to drive them to the training center to attend class.
