The ease of use for the program is great. It is very user friendly, which makes it easy for my staff to complete their training, especially if they are new or do not have much experience using computers. The best thing about ready training online is that it has helped us train our employees, especially the ones that are harder to reach. It enables our staff to learn from home which really helps them feel more comfortable with their jobs. The only downside I have found so far is that the course is quite lengthy, which means that you will need to invest some time into your training. Other than that, it's great!
