I started testing on one finger, the thumb. Worked well, removed the polish in 10 minutes. super easy. I filed the rest of my fingers and got ready to do the rest. Unfortunately it didn't work after that. Tried many different outlets, couldn't turn it back on. It beeps, but then turns off completely. The small touch button did nothing. Returning and receiving a different brand gel nail steamer. I was so excited because it really worked.
