First, I would like to say a few words about the other reviewers. This is a sewn fabric wristband so can be sized accurately for the amount of activity you will be doing and also loose stitching is possible but Amazon is always good with returns. Second, I've seen some people complain about the small hole at the top, IT SHOULD BE THERE. READ THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION BEFORE VIEWING THE PRODUCT. There is a small hole at the top of the armband so you can put the earbuds into your phone and pass them through the armband. Now let's get to my review. I bought it as a gift for my mom who runs marathons. She has been running for over 10 years and recently started running with her phone to listen to music, but hates the typical bracelets because they are bulky and sweat a lot and then slip off. I bought her this and she has been using it for a few weeks now while training for her next marathon. She likes it very much. It is tight, holds the phone perfectly (Samsung Galaxy S5) without restricting movement. She's currently running 10 miles and it stays on her arm with no issues, although she did mention that it does slip a little when wearing a long sleeve shirt underneath. She keeps telling me how much she loves him. According to her I will buy one too. Overall I am very happy with this purchase.
