I would give this negative 5 stars if I could. The first drive failed, so I tried again and had two other DVD drives backed up on different computers at the same time to save time. I've never been so disappointed with DVD backups! At least 4 out of 15 worked. I received the product with a new sticker that says 100 year archival life over the original barcode. But that's nowhere else on the packaging. For $5.99, not worth my time and effort arguing with them. Don't buy this. And I will never trust any other Maxell product! With such a track record, I will not trust my data on 4 drives that worked. It's time to buy new DVDs. I never thought that something as simple as blank DVDs could go so badly wrong. The best way to destroy your Maxell reputation!
