I had my doubts about returning this one but in the instructions and on the website it showed a stronger monitor stand and when it was shipped it arrived with a thin wire holder but not prevent things from tipping over etc. The actual form factor of the monitor is amazing but when I opened the package I had a nagging concern that it wasn't in the factory sealed box, there was no instruction manual and quite a few more parts looked out of place as if they were open. There were smeared fingerprints on the case. It was the first blow. The second blow was that the touchscreen didn't work. They do not make it clear enough in their sales marketing materials that that the touchscreen will only work if configured in a specific way. And maybe the worst problem, which I cite third, is that it requires a USB-C interface and our laptops at work are old fashioned, so right now I can't remember to use the monitor I had to use , no HDMI, no serial port. and my Dell from work didn't like it at all. This meant the touchscreen capabilities I really wanted weren't available. You are not alone, as manufacturers use labels to make products cheap, this imposes a line load, and interfaces on customers are enough to say that there is no bi-directional HDMI USB-C, so the laptop must be the master on the driver's seat. . This meant very limited connectivity. I don't remember HDMI or Serial now, and my Dell from work didn't like it at all anyway.
