The filter aspect works well when it works. And as other reviews say, it's clunky to use. The big problem is the lack of customer service. They sell a pack of three filters, one refill item, each filter lasts a while with regular use, but the guarantee is only 90 days. And when you email the support team afterwards, they don't even answer the question. Two filters I bought a long time ago turned out to be faulty and I asked if there could be something that could have caused my problem (no water was getting through) and they didn't answer just citing a bad guarantee of 90 form of writing. Stay away, not worth the effort and last but not least the bad customer service!
