CWF101 vs CWF 503 Comparison

I have an older model CWS100 and noticed that the CFW101 filters out about 60 contaminants compared to 200 for the 503. Wrote customer service and was told it would fit , but I've seen some reviews that question this. I had a little trouble inserting it the first time, but it fits and works well. I had Zero Water and a meter and was surprised to find 101 reading 145 and 503 reading 245. Zero, of course, registered zero. Great water filtration!

It was so good for me! There was too much talk about lead in the water in the town I live in. A neighbor who works for a Silicon Valley tech company as a water engineer or something like that recommended this water filtration system to me. It is easy to use and gets the job done perfectly. Terrible customer service

The filter aspect works well when it works. And as other reviews say, it's clunky to use. The big problem is the lack of customer service. They sell a pack of three filters, one refill item, each filter lasts a while with regular use, but the guarantee is only 90 days. And when you email the support team afterwards, they don't even answer the question.
