So first I want to go out there and say that I bought this upgraded monitor for $100 less and I don't regret it at all. When I received the monitor it was in perfect condition and well packaged. Image quality is excellent when connected to my MacBook Pro via USB-C. That's where the problems come in. When you connect a monitor via USB-C to the rear, it's very sensitive, which means it needs to be in the perfect spot to receive the connection. This can get pretty annoying. The other issue is that every few weeks the screen shows crazy colors and looks like it's broken, which scared me a bit, but you just have to turn it off and on again. Apart from these small problems, this monitor is perfect and really beautiful. Even though it has been updated I haven't seen any dead pixels on the screen. ASUS if you want to send me a new monitor to solve these problems please lol ;(. Buy an upgraded one if you can!
