Review on 🚰 Culligan Premium RFC BBSA Filter for Gallon Capacity by Chris Kirby

This is my second auto-delivered filter. We bought this filter from another retailer before trying it at Revain. The first item I ordered worked great so I put them on autoship and got the first one within a week or so. Luckily we haven't used it yet. a while. Hubby tried to install the one we got over the weekend last week and WHAT a mess. It had some kind of black beads or charcoal in it. Husband called it a bead blaster. They came out during installation and were covered with everything including the cartridge's o-ring and screw cap. Luckily we still had the previous unused auto filter and it was an all white filter like any we've used before. I compared the packaging and the model number on the boxes, they were identical. I am canceling the autoship immediately. If Culligan changed the style and downgraded the finish, changed manufacturers or whatever, they have to change the model number. This is NOT the filter I ordered. As if the wrong filter had been put in the right package.
