I like that it's easy enough, yet robust in its features so you can customize your flow as much or little as needed! It does have some quirks and bugs - but they are minor issues which we've been able solve without too many problems since our support team is super helpful with any questions/problems we do encounter (we're using them). The ability of being connected directly into Salesforce via Lightning Connectors has made getting started very quick & seamless. We did not use all facets at first because there were things out of scope within what was initially available from Accordiam when integrating wtih SFDC. But once those items came up through feedback requests by my colleagues who used this tool more extensively than me, then other functions followed suit over time as well. This isn't just an integration point between two systems anymore either -- now it allows us access across multiple channels such as email campaigns, webforms etc.,.
