The product has been very helpful to our organization in terms of understanding customer journeys, engagement with social media marketing strategies as well as other digital campaigns we are conducting across various platforms like Facebook ads etcetera. It's also good at providing us insights about how users engage with different channels which help shape future campaign plans that drive business results over time. I have personally benefited from this platform since it provided me an opportunity to understand my customers better by learning their pain points & expectations through online research methods (like surveys). At times i am not able to access or see some features when working remotely so there isn't much else to mention here but overall experience was great! This tool helped increase awareness among stakeholders within our team regarding best practices around Customer Journey mapping / personas creation/ design process - leading up towards creating more relevant experiences along these lines.
