  • Easy interface for all employees without being technology savvy
  • Extremely easy integration into any ecommerce storefronts using WooCommerce plugin available today.
  • Ability build client profiles quickly via survey responses where one gets actionable feedback immediately instead building them manually takes too long; plus you get real world data directly inputted rather than relying upon assumptions made

Great platform but could use some improvements

I like that it allows me to see my customers in real time, which can be difficult when you do not live locally to your customers. I dislike that most of the times, my team will have no idea who they are talking about because we do not have access to their phone number or email address. This makes it hard for us to track them down if they need something right away. I would say this tool has helped our team grow and become more efficient.   • The ability keep up to date contact information from all clients so there is never any confusion as what customer needs help today! Also having an easy way communicate via text message without needing everyone's cell phones at hand
