I bought this model for my 2 year old daughter for her birthday. She wanted her own scooter to play with her brother. When I opened the box I could tell that it was very well made and sturdy. I chose this one with a seat so she can sit down when she gets tired. She likes to show off her glowing wheels when she's driving fast. This makes her feel happy and works out well. The brake behind the scooter is functional and easy to use. However, she had difficulty turning over as she had to shift her body to one side. Therefore, it is difficult for a beginner to coordinate his actions and this will take time. It took her about 5 months to settle in and become a little speed demon. Now it twists and turns easily in corners.
