I love these brushes but don't use them on vegetables as I prefer a stiffer brush for that. These brushes apply detergent well and clean delicate items evenly without leaving gaps, unlike brushes with thicker nylon bristles. Ideal for wine glasses, teapots or special dishes that you don't want to put in the dishwasher. I wouldn't use it for pots and pans or baking on dirt, the bristles don't hold. The husband tends to soak the brush in water, which also shortens the life of the brush.
