I was hoping this would help me massage the knots stuck in my neck myself, but keeping the "glove" on my hand and applying pressure isn't easy. better use for someone else - i'm not sure. But getting it to stay in place on your arm is quite difficult. The idea is there but I think it still needs to be finalized with some curves. Lol, no pun.
