Lots of torque and still pretty fast. You will probably still need a gearbox for each type of drilling. With a supply voltage of 12 V, they consume about 2 A when stationary and about 0.23 A without load.

I bought 6 of these for an underwater drone robotics project and they exceeded my expectations. However, note that this motor requires a high amperage power supply, otherwise it will stutter. All in all a great and inexpensive alternative.
