What a mess. I bought/received this beautiful tablet 3 weeks ago. I definitely liked the look and loved the Alexa dock it came with. Seems like a cool bonus. I didn't know what to expect. The first thing I noticed was that the docking station and tablet kept losing connection with Bluetooth. I had to press the bluetooth button and hopefully it just synced. In most cases I had to go into the tablet settings. Turn Bluetooth off and on again so they can find each other. After all, I said forget the dynamics. Anyway, I actually only wanted this for my DJI drone because I'm going on vacation in 2 weeks. In the last three weeks I've left my tablet on the pier and maybe asked Alexa about the weather a few times. . I took it off the dock to watch something yesterday morning and the screen was just black but still on. I pressed the power button and a restart/airplane mode/shutdown option appeared. After reboot. Nothing. The same black screen. I tried doing a factory reset (by holding the power button and turning up the volume). He just sat on the gray screen "FFBM". Still nothing No options etc. After doing everything I could on a 3 week tablet I decided to give Lenovo a call. After a long 25 minute wait on the phone, I finally reached someone who then handed me over to someone else several times. After explaining to the new person what the tablet does (the UI or UI did not load), the girl said she would move me to the second level of support. After paying 40€ for it. WHICH TYPE?! That was the last straw. When I asked why on earth I would pay someone for a tablet that is only 3 weeks old. And it's still under warranty, I've been told the issue is with the Lenovo software and the warranty only covers hardware issues. So if I wanted extra help, I had to pay for it. You are joking. I called Revane and told them what was going on. They offered to send me a replacement and return the defective one within 30 days. I told them NO. I just want my money back and I will never buy anything from Lenovo again. In addition, the device fails in less than a month. Aside from the fact that the company's tech support understood almost nothing I said to them as the tech support didn't understand the English language spoken on my end of the phone line. but trying to get me to pay over the phone for a problem with their product's software is 100% inexcusable. So now I have to wait for Revain to get a Lenovo tablet so they can refund my money in the form of a gift certificate. I hope this happens as soon as possible so I can get my Samsung tablet before my vacation. As I said, never again Lenovo. *BUYER ATTENTION*
