After Covid 19 I decided to improve my health with exercise and fitness at home. I usually do gymnastics about 3 times a week and allow myself rest days in between. I've recently been looking for a massage gun to soothe my muscles and reduce post-workout pain and I have to say it's changed my game. The only thing I had before was a bulky two foot massager that was too heavy and not adjustable to use. This massage gun has all the necessary heads I need to target all parts of my body and give me the control I need when I need it. When it's leg day, all I have to do is switch to a different head, adjust the speed accordingly, and massage if needed. Since 20 different speeds can be set, finding the right setting for the situation is not a problem. It has really helped me improve my fitness and overall quality of life. If you are in doubt about buying or not then I would pull the trigger.
