Well, I didn't know what to expect using the sauna suit. well expectations exceeded. The fit is awesome. Definitely makes your workouts more aggressive. Sweat will start as soon as you put on the suit. It is different, but I love it. I definitely recommend for an intense, sweat fest workout. The fit was smaller than expected. but. then again, I'm sure i underestimate my size. Again. you will sweat buckets and it adds to the workout. All one needs is to put in the work to get back in shape. Highly recommend!
