Ok so I ordered a Men's vest because the women's sweat/sauna vest isn't long enough for me, well the length was perfect and the vest heated up almost immediately and that is what I was hoping for. I'm returning because of two things, I should have ordered a large and the other drawback is you can not adjust the sizing as your waist starts to shrink. Other than that, the vest is awesome. Will be returning just for that reason, if it was adjustable, I'd order a smaller size but that wont help…

Easy access zipper makes it easy to get in the vest. I got a large. I'm about 6'2" 200lbs. This vest fit perfectly. I typically go by chest size and not waist size, when going through Chinese sizing charts. It's always off. My waist is only 31.5" and so I should fit a medium BUT it's wrong. Use the chest sizing.Anyways, I usually use a vest and sweat belt, so this combo works perfectly for me. The second belt on tip is an overkill but it works. Overall, it's a good product so far.

I received my neoprene zipper vest from Wonderience very promptly - and when I put it on (MEDIUM), it fit perfectly - comfortable and snug, but not too tight. It has fabric on the outside and on the inside (like a neoprene diving suit, but thinner), and the thermal warming effect was felt right away. The zipper has good durability, and the vest provides back support as well. This item is exactly what I wanted, and met all my expectations!

Works great to increase your core temperature, and increase your sweating. It’s not too thick, stiff or tight to restrict my movements at all during any type of running, jumping or groundwork movements.If you’re wrestling/grappling with it, the zipper could scratch your training partner, but so far that hasn’t been a problem.It seems a bit thin to retain any warmth when swimming. I haven’t tried that yet.

I have been using this vest for about two weeks. The vest fits better and comfortable than a previous vest I had bought. Really put on a sweat when working out. Material is soft on the skin. Once I lose more weight, I am going to purchase another vest a size smaller.

The sizes are china sizes they don’t size to normal folks. 3xl was like an xl I went a size larger than what I wear and it didn’t not fit and was way short.

This has fully replaced my old one! The straps around the stomach provide amazing core support! I love it! The material is thick and not cheap feeling at all. Just wash it before you wear it to get the plastic smell out of it, other then that it’s really good!

I bought this for my husband but had to return it. This was way too small for him. It does not fit to size. Suggest you go up at least one size if interested in purchasing.

It's a fantastic piece of workout gear, but one thing that stops if from being a perfect 5 star; It runs way too small. I'm 5' 11" and run a medium on all my clothing, and I got a Large for this one because I'd rather have a bit of wiggle room, but as it turns this needs 2 sizes up. I have to say this product is great if you want to sweat! Now I cannot work out without it because it helps a lot with my workout. Not only does it help with sweat but it provides support for my back. It is like a sleeve for your back and spine. I would recommend this product to anyone who is serious about losing weight and back support.

It’s hard to find something close to my husbands size but this was perfect. He uses it and it’s comfortable. So that is a plus!

I liked this product a lot, because has a very good finish. Unlike others that I used in the past, it's all hemmed at its ends which gives a softer feeling. I have a husky built and because it's stretchy but not too tight, provides a good back support at the same time. It is great while doing a work out or jogging.I recommend this product.

This vest is really comfortable, it feels that is a good quality, it fitted as i expected, i ordered a size M im 5'7 and my weight is 175lbs. The only thing that can be improved is the zipper. Every time i put it up it gives me a hard time

I liked it because it does make you sweat. I preferred to use it with T-shirt underneath because once I remove it the T-shirt is soaked. I recomend.

The sauna part is perfect. As for the quote on quote back support it is double layered but the velcro doesn't stick very well
