It was packaged very well, there are good pockets/dividers inside instead of a gaping hole like many wallets at this price point. The quality is as described and much nicer in person. I personally love gold hardware and will definitely buy one of them again. Mine also came with a purse pouch (that's what I call it) to hold my purse - a nice touch! Update 8/8 - I have contacted this company 3 times and they refuse to answer my emails. My charm was broken (no big deal) and the product card says if you write a review you get a 6 month warranty and 20% off another product. I did and would like to buy another bag as I like this one a lot but not now. Their customer service is terrible and/or non-existent!
