Liberty products are terrible. Your customer service is even worse. I bought an LE51A pump 4 years ago, the float switch failed and flooded my basement. $15,000 in damages. I bought another one a few months ago to replace the old one, it broke. Luckily I had backup pumps that worked. Called Liberty to get a replacement. Customer service had no idea how to deal with my replacement request. Told me Amazon is not an authorized retailer. Luckily Amazon is great and refunded my purchase price. Freedom = unreliable products + bad customer service. Don't make a costly mistake.
