This mattress topper arrived in an overloaded box, vacuum sealed plastic making it clearly impossible to return in the original packaging. There were no documents or any proof that it was a TEXTARTIST at all. Instead, an attempt was made to describe the product with the obligatory warning "Keep away from small children” in grammatically incorrect English. It was clearly written by someone fluent in another language, most likely Chinese, since the item was marked "Made in China". Like many others we buy from Revain often and this was the worst product presentation we have ever had. Was it a "fake" like the "real" Rolex you can buy on the streets of New York for $35? This may explain the discrepancy between low ratings of "1" or "2" and those rating this product a 5; it is unthinkable that these ratings could coexist. A number of estimates are clearly untrue and based on the above conditions we have determined the lower estimates to be more accurate. Since it was not possible to return the product after the vacuum rupture, we returned the product in the condition in which we received it. stuff it back into the same old box. Packing tape has a higher rating, thank goodness. HAPPY NEW YEAR to everyone reading this just before January 1st. May 2021 be a safe and healthy year for everyone for others.
