I have always found Accolade to be very helpful and knowledgeable team. If you are looking for a new approach to providing health care services, Accolade could be the answer. The program is not user friendly for someone who does not have an extensive knowledge of medical terminology or the ability to decipher complex medical reports. My company uses Accolade for our employee benefits management needs. Benefits administration is simplified allowing us more time to focus on what we do best - supporting our employees. This allows them to take care of their own healthcare needs without having to call multiple sources for information or assistance. The ability to create an account with no prior medical history allowed me to connect my insurance information directly into the system without having to go through a third party for verification or billing purposes. It is very easy for patients to navigate through all of their health records at once. I can't think of anything negative about this product. We use it primarily as our patient portal but also have utilized some other features such as medication refills.
