Great site/platform but could always improve

I like how easy it is for me to use and navigate through my account. It gives you access to all of your medical records which are stored safely online. This has been very helpful with keeping up-to date with current appointments and doctor visits as well as making sure that my health insurance stays up to date. The website itself can be difficult to read at times especially when there's lots going on within one page. There needs to be more training available for new users who may not have…

Easy-to-use software with a lot of options

I like how easy it is to use and navigate through as well as all of the different options available for appointments. It can be difficult at times to find an appointment time when you need one quickly or are having difficulty finding information about your condition/symptoms online. Sometimes there's not enough space between sections so if you're scrolling down and click back up too far, you may end up going to another section instead of returning where you were. Excellent customer service from front desk staff

The program has a great platform to help with your healthcare decision making. It is easy to navigate and provides you with accurate information. I have always found Accolade to be very helpful and knowledgeable team. If you are looking for a new approach to providing health care services, Accolade could be the answer. The program is not user friendly for someone who does not have an extensive knowledge of medical terminology or the ability to decipher complex medical reports. My company uses…

Excellent resource for keeping up with various meds etc & their various side effects

I enjoy how easy it is for me as an elderly person with some health issues of my own (high blood pressure)to get all kinds information about various drugs/meds i am currently taking or have been prescribed over time by different doctors at home & work! It's helpful because sometimes you can forget what med has helped another patient when asked where they got theirs from etc.. The customer service side makes this great too!! We love getting medical appointment reminder emails

I like how easy it is to use. There are many options to choose from, which makes it very user friendly! It's also pretty affordable. The only thing I don't like about Accolade is that there isn't much you can do with it once your insurance doesn't cover it anymore.
