Review on NAISI by Brian Foster

My negative experience with the NAISI online store: A Slippery Slope

I was overjoyed to discover NAISI, an online retailer specializing in kitchen and household goods, as a homeowner on a tight budget. I was especially drawn to their selection of slipcovers because my living room sofa was in desperate need of a new one. As I browsed their website, though, my exhilaration gradually gave way to irritation and dismay. First off, they had a very little selection of slipcovers, and I didn't like most of them since they were either too basic or too gaudy. But the real surprise occurred when I chose a covering that I believed would be useful to me. I ordered from them and excitedly awaited delivery, only to be met by a product that didn't resemble the pictures on their website. The slipcover was manufactured with fragile, thin fabric that hardly held itself onto my sofa and was of low quality. In addition, despite numerous washings, it had an odd smell that persisted for weeks. I had a negative experience with NAISI, and when I called their customer support to voice my displeasure, I received dismissive treatment and unhelpful comments. They made no concessions in response to my negative experience. In general, I wouldn't suggest NAISI to anyone searching for high-quality kitchen and home goods or slipcovers. They have a terrible product selection, subpar customer service, and subpar items. Avoid the hassle by shopping somewhere else.

Pros
  • Extensive selection of kitchen and household items
Cons
  • A small range of some products
