Bad product compared to others.
Not as I thought. Garbage! This thing doesn't have an app that works with the hero's SIM card. He would just send it to my email. The instruction is ridiculous and there is no way to remotely make changes only manually. When I called support I got a voicemail saying email was best and they would respond within 24 hours! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY.
