In theory this is an excellent product that makes the daily supply of flakes very effective. In the reality. It breaks pieces of grain and creates a lot of crumbs. I've tried this with Life and most of the granola pieces come out intact, but a lot of them are broken. He still scatters crumbs everywhere. I tried a stronger cereal, Frosted Mini Wheats, but then it came down to the handle being very difficult to turn and the crumbs still flung out of the bowl. An unbelievable number of crumbs just fell out of the ground. As I poured more granola on top, more and more crumbs fell out from the bottom. I will probably search for the best cereal dispenser product.
