Only a very thin piece of felt that is a long piece that does not hang from the shoulders to the arms as shown in the picture. If you're looking for something to wrap yourself in warmth at home, forget it. I think it will be ok to use it as a scarf. Made in China, if I had known that I would not have bought it. You can also send it back. Not at all what I expected from the pictures! I would NOT recommend this or anything else made in China! We the people want our products to be made in America or in the USA!
