The bracket is durable and well designed with quality materials. Installation isn't that difficult, although the instructions could have been a bit better with better pictures. The clasp in the hands is shorter than I would have liked. At 18 inches I could barely get the right distance from the wall and my arms would be better if they added about 3-4 inches. The materials appear to be of high quality and the product was very reasonably priced compared to other products of the same quality. and designs. So far it's holding up well and overall I'm happy with the product. I recommend these for units 18000 BTU and under and possibly up to 24000 BTU, but beyond that you need to know your unit sizes and purchase the bracket accordingly.
