I have heartburn and after adding it to my bed I saw an immediate improvement. I have a queen bed so a two pack fits well but only adds 3 inches more buoyancy to the headboard so I bought another set which gave me about 6 inches more and my acid reflux has only bothered me a couple of times since a big problem almost every night. I have a mattress with a queen size pillow so I didn't want to put anything on top of my mattress and sleigh bed frame so the bed risers wouldn't work on the headboard so after much searching I was very happy to have found this solution. They work so well I also bought a set for my dad who has the same problem as me and they work great for him too.
