Metal, comes with brackets, adds 3/4 of the height and looks great!

Great visual design. I like how it looks. Yes, he looks really great. It's made of metal with a beautiful finish. It comes with hardware and has a 5 inch center hole. This will add 3/4" to the height of the finished wall, so make sure you have clearance in the back and you can adjust the valve by moving 2x4. This is what I had to do to allow the lever/trim to use the stem threads and could achieve fix everything.
