Product works as described after reading the instructions. Like a regular guy I just looked at the instructions and after fully charging the batteries in the device I couldn't get it to work. I assumed it was defective, sent it back and was promptly given a replacement which I charged again and couldn't get it to work. until I read the back of the instructions which advised I had to remove the red plug from the charging port for the device to work. I assumed the stub had to be inside for it to work and protect the port. Not so. Thank you for the great product and your understanding.
