I needed a dump valve for my new liquid cooled computer. This valve is solid, heavy and turns smoothly but not easily (good for making sure it doesn't pop open unexpectedly when working in the case. The finish is matte black, doesn't smudge easily and is unobtrusive, which is what I wanted from a valve. It is waterproof the threads are clean there are no burrs or debris on the threads This is a good valve and a great price.
