I liked this product at first, it was exactly what we wanted and it was a great match for our German shepherd. We bought it in January and now that it's warmer we've been happy to walk our dog. He is still a puppy but weighs about 100 pounds. We need to use the grip strap when walking other dogs because we train it. The reason I gave it two stars is because this strap is already broken and can no longer be used. We've only used it about 10 times so I'm very disappointed that it didn't last longer. I would give 5 stars if it were. I am correcting my first review. I gave two stars because the bracelet broke after just a few uses. The way the company solved the problem exceeded all my expectations. They responded very quickly and fixed the problem. We now have a replacement product and it is perfect for our dog. Thank you!
