First, my hard drive was delivered on March 15, 2021. Since then, every time it's running, it's louder than any gaming system or bootable computer I've ever heard. It also whistles. Noisy. My dog and cat can hear it. It's been 4 months and not only has this thing overheated twice, downloading one game at a time, it now refuses to be recognized by any device and took all my games with it. Also, I'm trying to get help and I can't get ANYONE from ANY company to help me. I have insured him and everything but NO ONE will speak to me for more than 10 minutes. And they list several provider names. Never buy this product again. Biggest waste of time, money and energy.
