Review on encoway CPQ by Joshua Castillo

I like how easy it was for our staff members who are not very computer savvy or trained users of this program at first but they became more proficient with time! We have been able use EWC's services by creating proposals & quotes quickly as well has easily tracking them through their system which helps us keep track of what needs submitted when so we can then get back too those customers sooner if needed without delay. Not much dislike about anything i would say just maybe sometimes you need an extra set up step depending upon your setup etc., however overall its great!! Great customer service also always willing/ableto help out any way possible even after office hours via phone calls / emails ect.... Easy to use, simple interface, easy to implement. Nothing really. Maybe it would be good if you could have more templates, but this can be solved with some customizing of the templates. I think we are solving our problem with this tool. We're using it for our customers that need quotes and need to configure their products. We are generating them in less than 30 seconds. And they have no idea how much time it took us to do so.
