encoway CPQ Review

I like how easy it was for our staff members who are not very computer savvy or trained users of this program at first but they became more proficient with time! We have been able use EWC's services by creating proposals & quotes quickly as well has easily tracking them through their system which helps us keep track of what needs submitted when so we can then get back too those customers sooner if needed without delay. I like how easy it was setup with our system as well their customer service has been great! We have had some issues but they are working through them quickly!! They do not offer much customization options so if you need something specific there may be an issue here or maybe just more expensive than we want/need? Pricing of products can sometimes seem off which makes me question my own calculations when comparing prices between companies - however this could also mean other factors such us…
