Great company with quick customer service!
I like how easy it was setup with our system as well their customer service has been great! We have had some issues but they are working through them quickly!! They do not offer much customization options so if you need something specific there may be an issue here or maybe just more expensive than we want/need? Pricing of products can sometimes seem off which makes me question my own calculations when comparing prices between companies - however this could also mean other factors such us shipping costs etc..
Pros
- The layout is user friendly
- Help documents available in PDF form online for reference purposes rather then printed copies at site that become out dated very quick compared to what’s used today.
- Easy implementation into existing program, no disruption required; everything works seamlessly from day 1.
- It took about one month max before seeing returns starting rolling back due too
