This is good but the box doesn't show an adjustable knob, instead you can just set it up with the light on...which isn't much By the way, you can see it at night unless it's daytime, but it doesn't look like an extreme danger to see until you're right on it or just a few hundred feet away. Is it worth $19.95? Yes of course you don't get professional ambulance brightness for that price knowing it's worth it... Also I wouldn't have bought it and to be honest I was very annoyed I didn't get what was advertised but instead have to I hit the power button on the base where you plug in and then go to the light itself to set the different flashes that you can't put anywhere else, a lot of times that really sucks because then you have to rotate it to light up the driver's side where you can reach it. That's why I'll never pay more than $20 for it. Not even worth returning at that price but be careful its not what is advertised at least not in my case but it still costs $20 yes
