My ears love these in-ear headphones

So I'm in love with these headphones. I went through a pair of headphones. over the ear, in the ear, on the ear. nothing helped and my ears started hurting within 20 minutes. In most cases, the headphones just fell out. what I call odd shaped ears. I like the fact that you can use them independently. I'm a runner and I like to hear what's happening behind me; So I just take one away and keep running.
