Friends! I bought this item and sent it back shortly. I wrote a review stating that it doesn't keep drinks hot as long as advertised. I liked the container itself. However, I am a herbalist and holistic healer. That's why I make herbal elixirs for humans! I need drinks that stay warm for a long time. Therefore I returned this item. At least a few weeks ago. I received a message on Facebook from the owner of this business. He asked if he could send me a new one (for free) to give me another chance to use their product: I've never seen a business owner put so much effort into keeping their customers happy. This is another level! Got a new mug in the mail and am using it. She works very well! I would say the drink stays warm for around 4-5 hours depending on the temperature when poured! So smooth and you can feel the energy of love put into it. This includes the MOST AMAZING Tiny Bamboo Spoon. I cried it's so cute. I highly recommend this company!
