Review on Deep Massage Myofascial Release Physical by John Caine

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Yes. They work. Very good.

Yes they absolutely work. Of course you're putting your weight on relatively strong balls and rubbing that force into your back or wherever you place them, although that's why they work as a substitute for a massage. No, you won't get nice smells, a dark room, and no music, although you can replicate that as well. When you feel pain, it works on the exact points you need, just like a massage. My back will ache from the impacts I put on it after my HIIT workouts. These massage balls relieved me of pain in one session lying on the carpet beneath me. Leaning against her left and right with your arms raised also helped, as the inventor shows in his video.
