It will not pick up pet hair unless you clean it as follows. It needs improvement
I used it on my steam cleaner. You have to do better because all that's left is hair. You basically have to have the floor spotlessly clean or you have hair because I have pets. It could use improvements! Adhesion to the mop also needs to be improved as it always seems to rise even when gently laid down.
