Review on 🔪 Wüsthof Knife Sharpener - Black Plastic, 1-Pack: Efficient Sharpening Solution by Angela Johnson

3 stars given because at least it seems to be well made. However, the text states that it is a 30-degree sharpener. Wüsthof has some indications that this is 28 degrees. The packaging says 34 degrees. When they contacted Wüsthof they said it must be 28 degrees and it was a typo in their box. However, when measuring the sharpener with a protractor and also from a photo using software, it is significantly closer to 34 degrees than 28 degrees (see photos). I'm not a knife expert, so I don't know how important that is. However, I prefer that the description matches the product. I don't know if there are multiple versions of this or not. So maybe I have an old batch with the wrong angle.
