I bought the kit and was so impressed we bought 3 more kits. The new sets are not the same as the set I bought 6 months ago. The first set consisted of three parts where the acrylic-to-metal connections were metal. That way you can only unscrew the metal-to-metal contact when threading. The redesign appears to be in two parts, just acrylic on metal. It seems to be working the same way now, but I'm not sure it will work long-term. Removing and replacing the filler neck now also makes a horrible squeak. We use them about once a month. The clear cylinder cracked and broke off at the point where it is screwed into the ground, rendering it completely unusable. It broke after less than 20 uses.
