The ability to run reports in real time is very helpful when conducting audits of our customers' accounts using Rulezero's reporting functions. There can be some lag times between an action taken by us or one of our users that causes it not to reflect immediately after. Reporting for compliance purposes with regard to Fintech regulations was vital as well as being able to get easy access into customer data via Ruleszeros API function. I like that you can view all of your rules in one place. If there is an error with a rule it will show as such. It's great to be able to make changes to rules without having to go through multiple screens and click buttons. Also, it would be nice if you could have more than one person sign off on a rule change before it goes live. This makes sure everyone agrees with the changes made. We are solving our compliance issues by being able to store our compliance data in one location.
