UPDATE: The seller reached out to me to address the issue. Excellent customer service and prompt response & action. It unfortunately doesn’t change that I was one adapter down on my trip but I would use this company again based on their customer service. We all know things happen and sometimes items have issues.Purchased these to take on a trip and first and only time using them one seemed to work fine while the other one did not and when attempting to use it was making a very low sizzling type noise, doesn’t exactly make you feel safe. I did attempt to use it in a different outlet to see if the outlet was the problem but nope. Thankfully I had taken two and one worked as it should.
