The volume control doesn't seem to work.
I like this product. However, it has one caveat: the amount evaporates into the air. There is little control over how much water gets into the air. No matter what position the volume control is in, it doesn't seem to change much from left to right. I spoke to a person who has the same phone, she says the same thing. She also has a bigger block and says she has more control over the exit. So if it matters, buy a bigger one.
